The TAFA curriculum integrates Old Master working methods alongside a contemporary realist approach. Our primary emphasis is on rendering the human figure accurately from direct observation. We embrace traditional views of beauty, and strive for excellence in theory and craftsmanship as it applies to realist drawing and painting principles and technique.
